Label-free quantitative phosphoproteomics
WebAug 17, 2015 · As model samples for label-free quantitative phosphoproteomics, we used HeLa cells treated with CIP2A siRNA, RAS siRNA and OA as well as with control siRNA (control 1), in biological triplicates. WebPhosphopeptide enrichment was performed using a TiO2protocol adapted for label free quantitative proteomics. In short, eluates from Oasis cartridges were normalized to 1 mL with glycolic acid solution and incubated for the indicated times (see Results) at room temperature with varying volumes of TiO2solution (50% slurry, GL Sciences Inc., Japan).
