WebSep 16, 2024 · The side arms push inwards and will fit on a 49mm screw up to a 62mm (I think). I have my X100 cameras set up with a spacer 52mm filter or a 52mm to 49mm adapter ring. The 52mm end can be screwed onto the lens when the adapter ring is removed. The exposed threads will then accept a 52mm filter, or your Raynox macro unit. In the first alternative, the bare Raynox is installed into the snap-on adapter, and the snap-on adapter with the Raynox is fitted over the end of the lens. The Zuiko lens is too small for the adapter, so a step-up ring is needed to fill the gap.
